It is an exciting time for our teams at Enquire and we are looking for a Product Owner to organize, prioritize, and assess work for our engineering team. Responsibilities will include scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. Our team embraces a supportive and innovative culture to continuously deliver the most user-friendly experience for our clients and provide a full hands-on approach to meet client needs and expectations. We thrives on inter-departmental collaboration and we are looking for someone that is driven, detail oriented, able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
What you will do:
- Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap.
- Groom and prioritize the sprint backlog.
- Work closely with product management and senior management in order to create a product that fits the company vision.
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Evaluate the work done by the development team and provide constant feedback.
- Assist in setting sprint goals.
- Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints.
- Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback.

What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of hands on experience as a Product Owner
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with customers and stakeholders in an clear and concise manner
- Interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively developing relationships with team members and customers.

This is a full-time internal position here at Enquire Solutions. The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $95,000 base annually.
