Strategic Planning (5%)
- Identify audit opportunities and define governance to ensure brand standards are met across all non-digital marketing channels.
- Provide recommendations to further enhance the monthly media acquisition and inventory processes.
- Research and identify trends and technologies in support of media acquisition initiatives.
Marketing Project Support (80%)
- Coordinate marketing project request queue daily pertaining to: signage, wayfinding, floor plans, site maps, and print-on-demand signage and brochures. Identifies opportunities for increased efficiencies.
- Support the Marketing and Sales Team on higher complexity requests, such as full asset rebrands, affordable housing programs, and marketing plans for development assets. Including: scheduling, attending, and delivering notes and action items consistently throughout the project.
- Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and payment of photography partners.
- Coordinate media (photos, videos, 3D tours etc.) acquisition process by placing, monitoring, and troubleshooting orders.
- Report on and monitor media acquisition efforts including photo & video coverage, pace, and budget.
- Report on and monitor product inventory weekly within our proprietary marketing store, and offer recommendations for maintaining inventory to optimize expense.
- Develop a high level of proficiency with internal project management programs and software.
- Maintain integrity of marketing guidelines, training materials, and brand governance on both internal and external published sources.
- Educate media partners and community teams on the latest media strategies and schedules.
Marketing Department Support (15%)
- Provide clear and actionable notes for key Marketing Team meetings.
- Develop copy and content to be used on our customer-facing websites.
- Upload photo and video content to be used on our customer-facing websites.
- Manage invoicing for marketing partners, including new vendor set-up, monthly invoices, and reporting.
- Process resident complaints and kudos to the appropriate internal team for response.
- Represent the Company in a professional manner, consistently maintaining a professional courteous attitude when dealing with partners, residents, co-workers and the public.
- Participate in other projects as necessary in a supporting role.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with at least 3 years of business experience.
- Significant project management experience driving results across a large organization is preferred.
- Ability to effectively and objectively communicate and work with internal and external customers, as well as strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Must be comfortable working autonomously and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment with changing deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships (both one-on-one as well as in a team setting), and an exceptional ability to self-manage competing projects.
- Familiarity and previous experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
