Qualifications:
- Full-time 2nd or 3rd year student pursuing a degree in law.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Professional attire
- Previous office experience preferred but no required
- Must be able to work full time in the summer.
Job description:
- Preparation of real estate closing files
- Research
- Correspondence
- Filing
- General administrative duties as needed
Compensation:
- This is a PAID Internship that will give an interested student great exposure into the residential real estate market and field research.
- Full time in the Summer. Part time in the Fall
